Susan McMillan Davis, Respondent, was admitted to the Bar of this Court on 26 June 1985. On 7 December 2000, by an unreported Opinion and Order (Misc. Docket AG, No. 1, September Term, 2000), we suspended Respondent from the practice of law in the State of Maryland for a period of ninety days based on allegations separate from this proceeding. Her suspension commenced on Monday, 8 January 2001.
